His first role was as a deduction analyst, and he worked his way up one rung at a time, learning the trade across some of the most demanding consumer packaged goods organizations in the country. Over more than two decades he moved through Unilever, Nestlé, L’Oréal, Mondelēz, and Mars, taking on broader scope and bigger P&Ls at each step, eventually leading finance for portfolios generating billions in annual sales.
Along the way, Mitchell never stopped learning. He earned his MBA, then a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, and pushed into the future of the profession with programs in applied data science at MIT and certifications in cybersecurity. A veteran who serves his community as a Post Commander with The American Legion, Mitchell brings the discipline, leadership, and sense of mission of his service into every team he builds and every business he helps grow.
